Payment Options

There are five different ways to pay your assessments.

Homeowners Association Services are provided by Union Bank product solutions, and powered by our proprietary Smartstreet® technology platform. Together, they deliver fully integrated banking solutions exclusively for management companies and community associations nationwide.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Mobile Device Users:
Please completely close all browser windows after completing your payment. Some mobile device browsers may keep the payment window open, causing duplicate payments when the window automatically refreshes. Consult your mobile device owner’s manual for instructions on closing a browser window.

1. ACH/Recurring Automatic Debit (your account is automatically 
debited when 
your assessment is due.)
  • If you already participate in the ACH program, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING. 
    Your automatic montly payments will continue to be sent to
        the Association's 
Lockbox at the New bank.
  • If you would like to participate in this program, we have enclosed the ACH form that needs to be filled out and returned to us with s voided check.
        Additional instructions will be found on the form.

2. Online Payment via eCheck (Electronic payments from your account to the Association's Lockbox)
  • Log on to and follow directions for "Online Payments" and "Sign-In or Register" for eCheck payments.
    Follow screen directions to 
    "Recurring eCheck Payment" and "One-Time eCheck Payment".
Pay as Guest - Card Payment (Paying as an unregistered user. Forms of Payment Accepted: Cards)
  • Log in to to make your credit card payment on-line directly to the bank for the association's account.
    Using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express
    (A $14.95 handling fee will be assessed for each scheduled transaction. There is a $5,000 maximum payment amount for each transaction)
US Mail/Lockbox (You write a check and mail it in every time assessment is due)
  • Write and mail your check payment with a payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon.
    IMPORTANT - Please write your homeowner account number on the check.
Of course you can also mail or bring your payment directly to the Asset Real Estate, Inc. office at the address above.
